Good judgement

Good judgement comes from experience, and a lot of that comes from bad judgement.

Ambition, charisma, passion and drive are all important traits to have if you want to be successful. However, what's even more important is having good judgment. While luck is certainly a factor in success, it's important to remember that you can stack the deck in your favor by making good decisions and judgements. You have to be able to make the right decisions and take advantage of opportunities when they come up.
