“We are better together.” That was the last message I received before I turned in for the night. We all know this to be true, but sometimes we need a reminder of why it’s so important.

When we work together, we can accomplish great things. We can build bridges and roads, cure diseases and explore new worlds. We can make the world a better place for everyone.

But when we fight against each other, when we let our differences divide us, nothing gets done. We become weaker as people and as a team. Our competitors become stronger while our allies drift away. We miss opportunities, and become stagnant.

I strongly agree Dr. Marcus Schumacher, It’s time for us to remember that we are better together – in times of good and in times of challenges; when leading or following; when developing, driving change or just complying; in our neighborhoods, workplace or and across the globe. #team #work #people #change #togetherwearestronger #opportunities #leadershipculture
